



As either a business owner or senior decision maker, it is one’s responsibility to strive towards providing the best for one’s customers – the best service, the best products, the most pleasing buying experience with zero “hassle factor” – all of the time. It is probably true that one of the reasons we decided to go into business or Directorship in the first place was based on our vision of what should be for our clients. I developed web recruit as a specialist on line recruitment facility. We are a very successful, forward thinking company and now have James Caan of Dragons Den as our chief executive. The problem I had in the early days was developing growth. We started out using e and traditional marketing methods and due to that success we wanted to implement an outgoing sales force. I looked to Want2 to undertake a business development contract to establish, train and manage a sales force. We discussed our requirements and established a plan to create and grow a team. Rob Leslie of Want2 was responsible for the project. We signed the agreement and the project commenced.
Rob initially formulated the sales platform and implemented an excellent CRM package. He then went to work and started to generate new Telephone business almost immediately. He then commenced on recruitment of a team and one by one trained and supported each new member. We now have a highly successful sales team of eleven staff consistently achieving monthly targets. Upon successfully building and managing the team Rob recruited our sales manager to take up the reins to carry on the excellent work carried out.
